1. Sizes:
1). Standard Sizes(Net weight/Drained Weight per tin) of TIN: 184g/114(4oz), 198g/114g, 284g/156g(5.5oz), 400g/230g(8oz), 425g/230g(8oz), 800g/460g(16oz), 850g/460g(16oz), 2500g-A9/1380g(48oz), 2840g-A10/1500g(For Korean market specially).2840g-A10/1850g(65oz).
The cube of different net weight tins are: 400g/425g is 425ML; 800g and 850g is 850ML; 2840G is with 3100ML.
2). Standard sizes of glass Jars(Cubage /Net weight/Drained Weight per tin) : 212ML/180g/110g; 314ML/280g/170g; 370ML/330g/205g; 580ML/530g/315g; 720ML/660g/395g; 1000ML/920g/550g; 1700ML/1550g/1400g.
3). The different Drained Weights are acceptable as per orders’ requirements, for example: Net Weight 400g with Drained weight 200g; Net Weight 2840g with Drained weight 1800g.
2. Inside tin body coating:
The tins inside body can be lacquered or not as per goods different final selling countries’ concerning laws/rules. The lacquering material is epoxy-resin.
3. Packing way:
The popular packing way is with 24tins inside each carton for net weight is 850g or less and 6tins per carton for net weight A9 and A10 tins.
The Glass jars are 12 jars per carton in general, for the 1000ml and 1700ml jars there are 6 jars per carton.
The paper trays with shrinking are acceptable.
The wrapped cube with shrink trays are acceptable.
